This crown was crafted for the statue at Our Lady of Fatima Grotto on North St. in Wilkes -Barre, PA. It was designed following the restoration of the statue in honor of Our Lady’s feast day of the Assumption on August 15, 2021.

My friend Waffa called me very distressed about her grandmother’s doily that is a family heirloom. She had tried to remove some stains and the result was that 4 of the doily squares were damaged after being stuck on her washer’s agitator. After conferring with my sister, Karen, who is an expert at crocheted lace, the best option was to remove the 4 damaged squares and replace them by removing the bottom row of squares and substituting them for the damaged squares. The final outcome was that the doily was completely restored to the delight of my friend and her family.

This silhouette Nativity was constructed for Christmas 2021. A spotlight highlighted the images at night and small LED lights were placed around the outline of the star. It was a simple but beautiful image of the Holy Family that contrasted with multiple homes in our neighborhood that had large blowups laying deflated in yards during the day.

I was inspired to make this chain maille rosary after hearing that the rosary is the chain that binds the enemy. There was a steep learning curve on how to work with chain maille. However, after this initial project, I went on to create other chain maille jewelry and learned how to repair rosaries as well.

A Child’s Voice

This dance drama was a collaborative effort with my dear friend Helen Christman. It chronicles the life of an unborn child up until her tragic end. We performed this production for many youth groups and prolife groups throughout Central Florida. We are in the process of updating it with new music and narration. Look for the video in the months ahead.
